On March 18, students from Grades 9 and 10 at Hangzhou Entel joined a comprehensive Career Experience Day, visiting eight leading platforms including Geely, Alibaba, law firms, STEM hubs, and tech enterprises.

Through immersive industry exposure—from Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing to AI-driven creativity and intellectual property protection—students explored diverse career paths and core competencies.

The program is part of Entel’s structured Career Planning System, integrating MBTI assessment, SWOT analysis, internships, and academic guidance. The initiative empowers students with real-world insight, lifelong learning skills, and clearer goals for future studies.
