Goethe-Institut Delegation Visits Entel’s German Program

On May 26, a delegation from the Goethe-Institut China visited Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School for in-depth exchanges on China-Germany educational cooperation, German-language curriculum development, and the growth of the German Program.

The visitors observed a German lesson for Grade 10 students and spoke highly of the students’ German proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills. During discussions, school leaders and teachers introduced the German Program’s development, curriculum, and achievements. The school also highlighted its long-term partnerships with two German sister schools, which have supported sustained student exchange, cultural interaction, and international education cooperation.

Across Borders and Time: Entel’s 5th Cultural Festival Inspires Global Vision

From April 20–24, Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School hosted its 5th Cultural Festival themed “Explore the World, Embrace China.” Students engaged in activities ranging from a Dream of the Red Chamber quiz and textbook drama performances to a Silk Road cultural fair and Global Culture Day featuring booths from 15 countries. Through literature, drama, speeches, and interactive exhibits, students strengthened cultural confidence, expanded global perspectives, and experienced the beauty of civilization exchange, reflecting Entel’s commitment to holistic and multicultural education.
