From July 26 to August 9, 2026, fifty-one young German learners from across China gathered at Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School for the Goethe-Institut 2026 Youth German Summer Camp. Over two weeks, participants learned German through games, competitions, and interactive activities, moving beyond textbooks to use the language naturally. The first week featured STEM workshops with HABA Digital, where campers built smart fans and trash bins while learning programming logic. The second week brought football training focused on teamwork and confidence-building. Beyond language progress, campers left with new friendships and the courage to speak German more confidently.
