On October 6–7, six students from Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School, competing as part of the Yuhang District representative team, captured the boys’ championship at the Hangzhou Sunshine Sports U15 Flag Football Tournament. As a key official event for youth flag football in the city, the competition brought together top teams from across Hangzhou’s districts. During preparation, the coaching staff designed a targeted training program around the sport’s demands: rapid offensive-defensive transitions, flexible tactics, and high-level teamwork. From passing and route-running drills to complex tactical coordination and endurance training, every detail was refined. On match day, the team advanced through the group stage undefeated, with precise flag pulls repeatedly neutralizing opponents’ attacks. In the final, the quarterback delivered accurate, powerful passes, the running backs broke through with agility and decisiveness, and the defensive unit executed perfect flag pulls. When the whistle blew, the Yuhang team sealed the title with absolute dominance. The victory underscores the school’s commitment to “health first” and its identity as a district-level sports-featured school for rugby — where every student can pursue their passion and forge resilience through sport.
