From September 28 to 30, the 19th Athletics Meet of Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School unfolded under the theme “Surpass Yourself, Embrace Tomorrow.” More than 700 athletes from 50 teams across grades 7–12 took to the track and field. The opening ceremony saw each formation deliver distinctive performances that showcased class spirit and campus culture. Across running, jumping, and throwing events, students embodied the essence of sport: unyielding perseverance in middle-distance races, all-out passion in sprints, effortless grace in jumps, and explosive power in throws. Beyond the records broken, athletes walked away with courage, determination, and resilience. The spirit of “friendship first” warmed the tense atmosphere, while the faculty fun games drew cheers and laughter from the stands. Behind the scenes, volunteers, referees, and support staff worked tirelessly. Even autumn rain couldn’t dampen the event — teachers stood guard through wind and rain to ensure every student’s safety. As National Day approached, the entire Entel community carried this spirit of self-transcendence into a heartfelt wish for the nation’s prosperity.
