Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School’s 14 Junior 3 students partnered with The Knox School, Australia for their inaugural virtual class on April 18, following a three-week email exchange. Both schools’ leaders—President Allan Shaw of Knox and Entel’s Director Wang—attended, emphasizing cultural immersion alongside language practice. Entel’s President Ren-Jianhua endorsed the initiative via video, inviting reciprocal visits.

This collaboration expands Entel’s existing global online partnerships (U.S., U.K., Poland). For Entel’s Australian program students—destined to study in Australia—the course sharpens English fluency, familiarizes them with Australian academic culture, and strengthens intercultural communication skills.

Established in 1982, Melbourne-based Knox—ranked among Victoria’s top 10 schools—prioritizes music, sports, and Chinese language education. Its Grade 9 Chinese learners demonstrated keen interest in cross-cultural dialogue, mirroring Entel’s commitment to nurturing globally competent youth.
