Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School is a modern school rooted in China and oriented towards the world. Established by the Jincheng Holdings Group in 2008, the school is located in the Future Science and Technology City of Hangzhou, a hub for high-level talents from around the globe. It is in close proximity to the Zhijiang Lab, Alibaba Headquarters, and other core areas with the most vibrant innovation. The school follows a 12-year education system, with the middle and high school campus covering a building area of 60,000 square meters, and comprising three departments: lower middle school, upper school(domestic track), and upper school (overseas track). There are a total of six grades, 48 classes, over 1300 students, and more than 200 outstanding Chinese and foreign teachers. Over 70% of the faculty holds master's or doctoral degrees, 50% have overseas study backgrounds, and 35% have various academic honors at district level and beyond.

These pathways include domestic college entrance exams(Gaokao), A-level program, Japanese program, German program and Australian program, and other courses leading to different academic directions. High school students can choose suitable courses based on their situations to plan their studies effectively. After 15 years of development, with the support and assistance of all staff as well as various sectors of society, the school has nurtured a large number of outstanding graduates. The school's achievements in education have also garnered attention and support from home and abroad. In 2014, the school signed a cooperation project with the Goethe-Institute PASCH. In 2015, it was recognized as a member of "One-thousand Overseas Partner Schools" Project by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education International Exchange Association. In 2016, it was named one of the model schools for education internationalization in Hangzhou and the first project school for the International Understanding Education in Hangzhou.
