Entel Students Excel at Cambridge Summer Innovation Lab
Eight Hangzhou Entel students immersed in the University of Cambridge’s Research Innovation Programme from July 22 to August 4, blending quantum computing seminars with medieval architecture studies under Nobel laureate mentors.
The program featured cross-disciplinary masterclasses spanning AI ethics and Anglo-Chinese poetic dialogues, complemented by Fitzwilliam Museum curation projects where teams redesigned exhibition spaces using VR mapping. Cultural immersion peaked through King’s College formal dinners and Thames River policy debates with Oxford Union delegates.
Key academic milestones included prototyping sustainable urban models in Cambridge’s Supervised Research Lab and presenting AI-driven social equity solutions at the historic Senate House. Parallel explorations covered London FinTech hubs and Oxford leadership forums, cultivating global governance perspectives. All participants earned distinction certificates, with two teams nominated for Cambridge’s 2025 Inter-Collegiate Innovation Challenge.
