Entel's "Spring Treasure Hunt" Sparks Campus Frenzy

Hangzhou Entel Foreign Language School's German program ignited campus-wide excitement with its April 21 multilingual scavenger hunt, featuring Morse code puzzles and German trivia challenges.

Over 50 students formed teams to decode clues ranging from library plant counts to German soccer star trivia, with winning squads earning chocolate rewards. The event embodied the program's motto – "Mit Spiel und Spaß Deutschlernen!" (Learning German through play). Teachers integrated B1-level grammar into clue-solving, while freshmen like Huang Yichen celebrated "rain-soaked sprints that felt truly youthful."

Three champion teams from Grades 10-11 received surprise eggs containing toys, with participant Fan Ziheng noting: "This blend of cerebral and physical challenges redefined classroom learning."
